14. Talk about the CQC monthly theme based on which they are judging the care home(For instance, pancreatic cancer)
15. Annual leave booking on a “first come first serve” basis.
16. Preparing for inspection (encourage staff to question each other about fridge, freezer temperature, fire emergency exam, sensor mat exam)
