Part ii)
It is important to have secure systems for recording, storing and sharing information . Because it is our lawful responsibility to protect and safeguard vulnerable adults from mishandling their data. As a healthcare worker, I have to make sure any sensitive or private information about the individual is not accessed by anyone.
Furthermore, by the maintaining personal information confidential, we can earn trust with our service users that we care for .

Part ii)
If agreed ways of working had not been followed , I will raise my concerns to my home manager. If my home manager is not following the lead properly , I will contact the management team directly.
But if I did not received the satisfactory outcome from my report then, I will seek help from outside the organization . The best source of help would be to whistle blow the whole situation to the care quality commission (CQC). All written record need to be handed over to this regulatory body.
