Lounge Duty
During lounge duty, staff members will ensure that the lounge area is clean and tidy, that residents are engaged in appropriate activities, and that the environment is conducive to relaxation and socialization. Staff members on lounge duty will rotate on a schedule to ensure that this responsibility is evenly distributed and that all staff members are trained to handle the needs of our residents in the lounge area.
Nurse Call System
Our nurse call system allows residents to contact a member of staff if they require assistance with personal care, have a medical concern, or need any other help. When a resident activates the nurse call system, staff members will respond promptly to the call and provide any necessary assistance. We have a dedicated team assigned to answer nurse calls to ensure that residents receive the best care possible.
